I am Alexandra Pena and I am a health coach with my nutritional consulting business, Journey to Healthy Living! which creates unity and oneness within women who are going through breast cancer. I am focused on being there for each of my clients and making sure you know you are not alone!
As a graduate of the training program at Integrative Nutrition’s Health Coach (INHC), I have learned how to educate and guide clients to making behavioral changes resulting in improved nutrition, dietary habits, physical ability, and overall greater health and wellness.
My consulting services will help you achieve your goal of transforming your health. I’m capable of helping you not only due to my experience in the field of nutrition, but also because I have a passion for healthy eating and breast cancer research. It is my desire to ensure that I do the same for my clients. I am devoted to promoting and designing healthy lifestyles through exercise, benefiting both men and women.
